Our primary services are two:

On a case by case basis, we also offer expert consulting in, organizational restructuring, compensation structuring, HR/recruitment automation and other related areas.

2. How does talentX find candidates?

We combine a series network data from Crunchbase, Pitchbook, Allabolag, AngelList,  LinkedIn and few more to identify talents that are relevant to our clients that are not normally visible through a simple search because considerable top talents might not be active on LinkedIn with updated profiles.

3. What types of roles or positions does talentX specialize in?

We are role agnostic and just within the last year we have worked with all the following roles,

We work with a broad range of startups, scale-ups and corporates ranging from team sizes of 1 and 2 members in pre-seed phases, all the way to 1000+ employees if they’re a bigger company.

We are from startups for startups and entrepreneurial ventures thereby being very iterative, quick and affordable in finding the niched roles that are very startup specific.

2. How long does the recruitment process typically take with talentX?

On average, our recruitment process takes between 4 to 6 weeks from the initiation meeting to candidate signing the contract. 

However, the duration of the recruitment process can vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the position, specific client requirements, and market conditions.

While we have our HQ in Stockholm, like every Nordic company, we are global and work with clients all across the world.
